A heart-centered, beachside summer retreat hosted at your rural NC property. This is an invitation-only, sober, donation-based gathering for friends and trusted community to share presence, music, movement, and natural connection.

📅 DATES

July 3rd – 9th, 2025 (Or June 26th - July 1st)
Guests are encouraged to arrive on or after July 3 and stay through at least July 6 (core weekend), with flexibility for early arrivals or late departures.

Beach Day trips and Camping drop-ins welcome!

Come as you are.
Leave a little lighter.

This isn’t a retreat filled with agendas — it’s a soft space to land.
A few days to dance barefoot, loop sound under the stars, share meals that nourish, and simply be in good company.
No pressure. Just presence.

We’re gathering to listen. To laugh. To move gently and grow freely — together.

A few days to slow down, touch the earth, dance barefoot, loop some sound, eat well, and be with each other in a space that doesn’t rush.

Visting the Ocean many times during the early day, and maybe even afternoon naps!

This retreat is about connection more than schedule.

There’s a loose shape — beach trips, looping circles, dance intros, stillness, movement, recording sessions, shared meals — but no pressure to do everything. Just come, be, and weave what you need.

Some of what’s unfolding:

• 🎧 Looping & Micro-DJ sessions
• 🎶 Audio mixing & collaborative music-making
• 💃🏽 Movement & dance sessions (led if inspired)
• 🌬 Reiki, Natural Walking & Open Heart intros
• Al video & social automations workshop (highlight)
• 👐 Reiki sharing & gentle heart connection
• 🌌 Fireside hangs & campfire ceremonies

Grounding Agreements:

• No cannabis, alcohol, psychedelics, tobacco, or nicotine
• Minimal caffeine (we’ll serve green tea — but not no coffee)
• No pets

This is a sober, heart-led gathering — a space to listen, receive, and reconnect.

Contribution:

This is a donation-based retreat. Suggested contribution:
$50–$250 total for the week — or whatever feels right.
